REFUND POLICY

At Variantz, we strive to provide high-quality products and services that meet your needs. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Hardware Devices: The product must be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase. It must be in its original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Software or Services: Requests for refunds must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase. Refunds are only available if the service has not been fully delivered or the software has not been activated/downloaded.

  • Customized or tailor-made solutions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way.

  • Tailor-made or customized solutions designed specifically for a customer.

  • Digital products, software, or services where delivery or activation has already commenced.

  • Clearance or promotional items explicitly marked as non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Submit your refund request via email to sales@variantz.com or through the contact form on our website. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of defective products).

  2. Review: Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

  3. Return Shipping: If approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  4. Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued instead of a full refund. Examples include:

  • Products returned without all original components or packaging.

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage.

  • Orders where additional services (e.g., installation, customization) were provided.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped or delivered, please contact us immediately at sales@variantz.com . Cancellations are subject to the following:

  • Orders already in transit or delivered cannot be canceled.

  • Customized or tailor-made solutions cannot be canceled once production or implementation has begun.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Exceptions

Variantz reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated returns).

  • Fraudulent activity or suspected misuse of the product.

  • Non-compliance with the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
