4. Variantz NEX Rewards Terms and Conditions

The Variantz NEX Rewards Program allows customers to earn points, redeem perks, and enjoy exclusive benefits. By participating in the program, you agree to the following:

Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who meet the program’s eligibility criteria. Corporate accounts may have separate terms.
Earning Points: Points are earned based on eligible purchases and activities as outlined in the program rules.
Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or exclusive experiences. Unused points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
Termination: Variantz reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the program may result in forfeiture of points and termination of membership.

Variantz does not create, manage, endorse, or support any third-party applications (e.g., Smart Life , Tuya , Google Home , or other apps) that may be compatible with our hardware devices. These applications are developed and maintained by independent third parties, and their use is subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective developers.

By using any third-party application in conjunction with Variantz products, you acknowledge and agree that:

Variantz is not responsible for the functionality, security, or performance of such applications.
Any issues, errors, or damages arising from the use of third-party applications are the sole responsibility of the application’s developer.
Variantz disclaims all liability related to third-party applications, including but not limited to data breaches, system failures, compatibility issues, or privacy concerns.

If you have concerns about a specific third-party application, please contact the application’s developer directly.

11.2 Compatibility and Integration

While Variantz strives to ensure its hardware devices are compatible with popular third-party applications, we do not guarantee seamless integration or ongoing compatibility.
